How do payments work? Is this a monthly subscription?

RiseGuide uses fixed-term subscriptions. This means you pay once upfront for the full plan period. Your plan will renew automatically at the end of that period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and you’ll keep full access until the end of your current paid period. To avoid renewal, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Is RiseGuide a one-time purchase or a subscription?

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription on your own, open the RiseGuide app → Profile tab → Settings (top right corner) → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription — just a few clicks. You can cancel anytime, instantly. You can also do that by writing to us at [email protected].

How can I get a refund?

We want you to feel confident in your purchase - that’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the program doesn’t feel right for you, just email us at [email protected], and we’ll help you with a refund.
