Yes! All RiseGuide courses are available directly inside the RiseGuide app. You’ll find every lesson, action step, expert insight, and tool in one place - no extra apps or resources needed. Just open the app and start learning immediately.
All lessons are pre-set, so you can study at your own pace - anytime, anywhere. Each course typically includes a combination of: - Text-based summaries to review key points. - Video lessons to guide you through core concepts. - Practical tools & templates to apply what you’ve learned. - On-demand answers to any question, powered by our Ask Expert feature. - Checklists or self-assessments to track your progress. No live sessions are required, and you're free to move through the content in the order and rhythm that suits you best.
Yes, each course is linked to a separate email. If you want to join another course, just sign up with a different email address. Need help - contact our [email protected]
You can complete each course at your own pace - some students finish in just a few weeks, while others spread it out. The exact time depends on how often and how much you study.
Yes, our courses are fully accessible on both Android and iOS devices via our mobile app or website.
Currently, our lessons are online only - you’ll need an active internet connection to access them. We’re constantly working on improving the user experience, so offline viewing may be supported in a future update.
Our team works continuously to keep the material up to date. We typically review and refresh course content regularly based on new tools, industry shifts, and learner feedback.
Currently, our text content is available in the following languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese. However, video lessons are currently recorded in English only. We're actively working on expanding our language support - more languages will be added soon.
Yes, you can switch to another course anytime. Just email us at [email protected], and we’ll update your plan for you (changing courses isn’t automated yet, so our team will handle it manually).
Account & Login
If you’ve purchased access but haven’t received your lessons: first, check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for a welcome email from RiseGuide - it contains your access link. → If you used Apple Pay, PayPal, or auto-filled email, double-check the email address used during checkout.
Please go to the RiseGuide login page in our app → click on “Forgot password?” → enter possible emails that could have been used → check your inbox for the reset link → follow the link to set a new password. Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder, and if it’s still not there, contact our [email protected] - we’ll help!
Your welcome email is sent right after a successful payment. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for “Welcome to RiseGuide” or “Your training plan is ready”. This email simply helps you log in - all your lessons live directly inside the RiseGuide app. If you can’t find the email, just message us at [email protected], and we’ll resend it right away.
This usually happens when: the purchase was made with a different email, the second account was created accidentally, or the payment is still syncing. Just write to us at [email protected] - we’ll quickly find your active license and restore your access.
Payments & Subscriptions
RiseGuide uses fixed-term subscriptions. This means you pay once upfront for the full plan period. Your plan will renew automatically at the end of that period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and you’ll keep full access until the end of your current paid period. To avoid renewal, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Your subscription is set to automatically renew at the end of your current plan period. You’ll be charged again on the renewal date unless the subscription is cancelled in advance. You can always check your next billing date by logging into your account, going to Settings → Manage Subscription.
The cancellation happened after the renewal date - in this case, the charge was already processed before the cancellation went through.
RiseGuide is a subscription-based platform designed to give you continuous access to all core features and resources. This way, you can enjoy ongoing support and updates as part of your plan. At the same time, we understand that sometimes you may need something extra. That’s why RiseGuide also offers the option to purchase one-time guides - perfect if you’re looking for tailored materials or individual sessions outside of your subscription.
To cancel your subscription on your own, open the RiseGuide app → Profile tab → Settings (top right corner) → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription — just a few clicks. You can cancel anytime, instantly. You can also do that by writing to us at [email protected].
We want you to feel confident in your purchase - that’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the program doesn’t feel right for you, just email us at [email protected], and we’ll help you with a refund. After the 30-day guarantee window, all refund requests are handled according to our Subscription Policy and Terms of Use. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.
At the moment, we don’t offer an option to pause or temporarily suspend your subscription. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop the next renewal and keep access to the product until the end of your current plan. And if your situation changes later, you can always reactivate when you're ready.
The best way is to try a different card or payment method. If you cannot do that, please make sure you have enough funds available and no Internet purchase limit. Additionally, you can always contact us by writing [email protected]
