Money-Back Guarantee Rules

1. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES

In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that all of the following conditions are met.

• you purchased directly through our official website and the money-back option was clearly presented to you at checkout;
• you contact us via email [email protected] within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
• you are able to demonstrate that you have actually followed the plan by providing screenshots from the platform;

IMPORTANT STATEMENT

A full refund under the Money-Back Guarantee is only available if all of the above conditions are met.

Please note that the guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• Personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.);
• Financial reasons (e.g., you did not expect charges, the trial converting into a subscription, automatic renewals, or the fact that the service is paid).

2. GENERAL REFUND RULES

If you do not meet the above conditions, your payments are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated here or required by applicable law.

Note for the EU residents: If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for purchases of Services. If you purchase a single item of digital content (such as a video or PDF file), you expressly agree that it will be made available to you immediately. As a result, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal and are not eligible for a refund once access is granted. If you subscribe to an ongoing service (such as App access), you expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the service. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of entering into the contract, we will issue a refund minus an amount proportional to the service provided prior to the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal. If you have not waived your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the date you entered into the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us on email: [email protected] of your decision to withdraw from a contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you need to send your communication to us saying you wish to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.
